C, Those knobs on those coilovers you gave me; they would work to replace the knobs on my front coils EXCEPT, the set screws in them are locked down. I mean, I cant get em to budge. I got one of the knobs off, but the screw still wont move. The other one is stuck on the coilover. So i dunno, maybe if I get some of that bolt penetrator stuff and let it soak. Anyways though, I still gotta find the tool for the back ones. I gotta try to call HKS USA, but they never answer their phone.

How did it go with Steele ? I'm still working on Linda's house doing remodeling. Lot's more work that we originally thought. You never know until you get into tearing off and seeing what lies beneath. I've replaced tons of siding that was rotten and a few doors that had water rot. Sad to see how they throw houses together now-a-days. Linda's house is not but 15 years old, but had all these design flaws which caused this water damage. I'll be through this week, I'll be honest it has been a welcome relief away from this Evo business. I needed a break from EPM but I will get back at it finishing my new shop and getting EPM back in business within the next month.
We definitely need to get together soon. Maybe plan a Friday Night/Saturday/Sunday meetup ???

 

im down any weekend... my evo went under the knife today!! tore the turbo out, as soon as i get my tool back from C (cough, cough) my tranny, tcase comes out for a rebuild and a new clutch put in!!

new turbo is going to be a 9 with an epm dump for now... until i get my red, or maybe bbk...

still no bumper either haha!! oh yeah and Kelford cams!!!

steele was ok. started raining around 11:20 so it was cut a little short, but i was surprised it lasted that long.

got to start prep for next week.. next sunday is autox.. 24th

Super fast spool, capable of 9s, the lag was killing me on my 35 and I don't plan on building my block til winter. Plus got a great deal
