Someone from VA Help a Future Evo Owner Please

I saw this car online and I wanted to know if someone in the VA area could check out this car for me please! I'm in Chicago so that's quite a way for me! Anything you think could be wrong or not. Info on the previous owner? Any info is appreciated!
