What's up people? Have an EVO WW IX I would like to have customed tuned as I have a Vishnu V400 mail in flash right now from the previous owner. It runs rich as hell. I need to know who knows their S&^T here in NC. I live in Winston-Salem and don't know any tuners here. Does anyone know of anywhere or anyone that "knows" about evo tuning and has experience tuning them. I don't want to take it to someone who has done a couple and doesnt' have much knowledge on these cars. I prefer to stay in this area and not go too far. But I will if necessary to get the right tuner.

how long have you been in winston? thats where i live most of the time and have only seen one white ix in the last 3 years.

 

I lived in Winston for 6 months and only ever saw AJ too. There are a few guys in Fayetteville that could tune you or I'm there's probably someone around the Charlotte area but I'm not that familiar with that area

Thanks guys. I'll give Kasey a shout. I have lived in Winston my entire life. Had the Evo now for a little over 2 years. Not much into the "street" scene as I am married and have a family. You know the "mature" thing to do.

Great info in this thread. I live 5 minutes north of Winston-Salem and just bought an Evo X and I think I will be looking into a tune.

 

^^ Then you sir need to get with Crewdog130 He got rediculous power out of a X a few weeks ago with just an exhaust!

 

I just spoke with Kasey and yeah he knows his ****. He also claimed 30-40 horsepower gain on Evo X from factory tune to his tune....that sounds like $250 well spent to me.

 

To each his own It was just a suggestion my man.

Definitely go with Kasey for your tune man. He'll put a smile on ur face after he gets finished tuning your car. Real nice guy too. Helped me put an alternator in yesterday. Couldn't have done it without him.
