lookin like two week from this sunday guys... me and the roomy both have to get our cars down the GA to get tuned and i still have to put mine together so that is what we are waiting for.. but besides all of "US" there will be alot of car guys there that we just know from around the area.

topspeed. was just gonna wait for AMS to come but im not waiting two months... also my roomate got his sti tuned there and made some wild numbers so we are just taking a little trip down there.

 

Good luck. Hope you pull some good numbers. Looks like you've put a lot into your car with a 35R kit. Nice stuff. Once I decide that I want to begin modding the engine, I'll have to take a look at Topspeed to get it tuned.

seen no evo guys but 2 when i went home to raleigh for 2 weeks. There was one with a red one who could barely speak english and another who just bought an 03 who was 19 and didnt know nothing about the car but i did get to meet evobrakes Ken if im not mistaking

 

yeah Ken is a cool guy.. he will hook you up with some brakes too. Date for the meet/cruise will be announced soon... alot of the people going are finishing their cars right now so we are trying to get as many cars as possible.

 

all in need is fluid change oil, tranny diff. etc. and ill meet anywhere

 

finally got my car fully repaired and down to ft. bragg.

 

i am thinking of moving up to cary, NC but i wanna know what the car scene is like there first how many meets ya guys have normally there

 

haha every fri/sat night there are meets somewhere.. they just arent talked about that much if you know what i mean.. other than that Up here (Cary/raleigh/garner/fuquay) there is a huge variety of cars... at the same stoplight you might see a TTVette, supra,evo,turbobusa,k20-t hatch, anything. We normally ride around with alot of diff cars.

 

I wouldn't say the car scene is as big as Flordida's though. If your moving to Cary it's mostly going to be people in their fifties driving luxury sedans. on the plus side.. their high school kids driving new mustangs/3series/etc... are easy prey though

 

when i went home to FL i was rather upset. I am from Melbourne/merritt island area... i was home for 2 weeks, saw 2 evos the whole time, and 1 was stock looking, the other i think had an exhaust. That was pretty terrible for me
