I bought it with the 8 front end. I have a 9 front bumper with SE lip getting painted on Monday.

My brother running his Cobb Stage 2 Forester XT. This car gets a shocking amount of compliments from people.

My buddies' 470whp Termi setup for autocross. I could not match this car through the turns. He had good rubber (NT-01) and suspension work and my car was stock suspension with 255/45 monster truck tires on it. Still, scary fast car in the straights and even better in the turns.

Nice man!! I've been dying to get my car out to the tail of the dragon! Sounds like a drivers paradise!

Glad to hear the car held up well!!

Question for the local professionals. My car started running weird today. It is full lean while idling, off the chart on my wideband. When I start driving it goes to reading normally. Of course the check engine light came on for system lean (P0171). Is it possible for a failing fuel pump to not be able to provide enough fuel at idle but then provide enough fuel while driving and wide open throttle?

Is there a place where everyone here meets up? I'm in Afghan currently, but wouldn't mind getting around some other owners when I get bck for tips and see how things are working with their set-ups.

Do our fuel pumps run in 2 different modes? Like a low volume for idle and what-not and a high volume for WOT? I would post that where the Evo gurus can see it. Or order yourself a new pump and see if that helps. I think I might have an extra Walbro lying around I could send you. I just need to find it.

I got orders to Camp Lejuene recently. Must execute NLT 1 July 2012. I wondering a few things.
1. How is the Evo scene in the area?
2. Are there many E-85 stations out there.

I would hate to think that I just got my E-85 tune for nothing.

Thanks for the info.

The closest E85 station is in Newport. It's about 45 minutes away.

OH THAT SUCKS!! I saw a site that said that there was an E85 station on Camp Lejuene itself. Is that not correct?

Looks like I will need a truck and a couple 55 gallon containers... Hows the Evo scene out there?

There is an E85 station on base but it is for gov't fleet vehicles only. Time to get a 93 octane tune!

The "newer" gas station by I-40 & 24 has E-85. But even if you lived out in Richlands it would still be a PITA and not worth it...IMO.
