I hope you see this but SCCA posted this up about tomorrow...

Due to weather and light sign up we decided to be proactive and cancel tomorrow's Charity Shootout Autocross now while we have time to get the word out. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see everyone at the December 8th event, also downtown. Pre-registration for that event opens tomorrow. Please help us spread the word about the cancellation.

I will be out and about in J-Ville tomorrow doing some shopping for the wife and daughter for xmas. If anyone wants to do lunch or something like that we can do another mini-meet.

 

Tell me about it; I was looking forward to meeting other Evo owners.

 

There will be another time for sure that would bring us down. Maybe we can get a BBQ going somewhere and could do a larger meet or something. Weather needs to cooperate with us.

I dont know if you still on here, do you know what map i would use with the COBB accessport for the ETS intake, i might get that befor my exhaust.

 

Hey bud. ETS intakes are not 100% supported by the Cobb AP. But since the ETS intake runs the stock MAF, you should be good with a SF map. With that you would be able to ensure that boost and knock are kept in check when using an off-the-shelf map with the AP.

Ok i see what you are talking about im looking at it now, looks like you can make about 40hp with just the accessport alone, WOW!!! im going to get that and get the exhaust later.

 

Yeah pretty much the OTS maps are good for you until you get past upgrading the intake and exhaust, which the OTS maps allow you to do in increments. Once you do a FMIC, another type boost controller, or larger upgrades you would need to go to a pro-tune. But the access port will still serve a purpose of being able to pull logs and flash.
