I have had some issues with my car over the last 1 1/2 years.

Nothing to do with Scott.


To the point, him and I have had many disagreements and arguments, here, there!

I went to him and had my car tuned recently.

I would not have had him touch my Evo if I did not think he is was "on their A game".

I am not trying to stick up for him, nor I will ever again for anyone else, as it does not pay-off.

I am giving you my opinion. I am happy with my tune, and the service I received.

On the Dyno day a few weeks back, I had the chance to ride on 3-4 Evos that were either on the FP Red and FP black, all tuned by TTP.

I got to tell you that all those Evos, including my own, impressed me very much.

In all my years on the Evo scene, never had I experienced such refindment and smoothness on multiple Evos tuned by the same person all in the same day.

And the thing is, this guys were all happy. And they should be. We got great tunes in our cars.

How would it be awkward? Some haters make a video-big deal. TTP is still in doing business and they do great work. In the three years that I had my Evo IX, TTP was the only shop to ever touch my car. Their work and customer support has always been flawless.

Who really cares what TTP's status is on EvoM? The only thing that matters is that they take care of you, right?

I dont understand why a vendor that is not from florida is here running his mouth about somthing that has nothing to do with him or his buisness.

Everyone has their own opinion, I'm just trying to keep an open mind about everything. It's hard to trust anyone when you have been burned so many times before(not by Scott). I'm just watching out for #1.

 

Good to see other Lancer members in Orlando area.. Been hanging to long with the 240 community.

 

TTP has taken care of my 2003 with almost 200,000 miles for the last 5 years and has been taking care all of my referrals as well. Never heard a single complaint from anyone. In fact, the opposite is what I usually hear. "At first I thought they were too expensive, but then they worked on it and tuned it and now its a whole new beast, thank you George!"

You have to ask yourself why another sponsor has made his way into this Orlando thread from 3000 miles away from their own location to act unprofessionally and try to tell you to go watch bashing videos that TTP's competitors (like johnbradley) made in the first place so they could come into threads like these and tell you to go watch them at the location they have memorized.

Things that make you say hrmm.....

Honestly if TTP cancelled their sponsoring of evom, I wouldn't blame them as they have to deal with other site sponsors doing what johnbradley is trying to do to them within this very thread all the time.

At some point it becomes a waste of money to pay a site for years and contribute almost 10,000 posts of data and reading material only to have these clowns try and do harm to their great reputation.

 

It might be true if it wasn't made by TTP's competitors in South FL. But we all know who is responsible for the videos and how easy it is to see what shop made them. You really have to have a hard on for your competitor in order to do something like that and risk your business over making defamation videos about your competition.

I am not trying to do anything other than find out what happened. If you say they cancelled their subscription thats totally different than getting banned for being dishonest. I do not find it likely that they cancelled. I dont think theyhave the reputation that you think they do but thats not the point. They were banned for 30 days once before for "something" but nothing was ever explained and my question was deleted by the mods without explanation.

You can look at my post however you want. I was very clear on my intentions when I made the post. I am smart enough to know that the video tells one side and is humorous at their expense. I am not commenting on their expertise, I just would like to know if anyone knew what happened.

If Scott was worried about it he can contact me on other boards that he is still on unless he was banned there as well. I never attacked TTP prior to this nor do I consider this to be an attack, but I put up with it, Buschur/AWD/STM/etc. put up with it? DG didnt and left/banned so you can see how it looks when someone just ups and leaves if thats what it was.

Anyways, the locals will go on with our regular scheduled programming...
