Hopefully I can get ahold of them and their shop is still in business as this would be awesome to have an awd dyno within 30 minutes drive. If anyone finds any info on these guys let me know asap please.
one of the Mooremax guys called me out of the blue a while back and congratulated me for beating their dyno record with my 700awhp stock ecu/maf run. He also told me that he and the other guy had a falling out and it sounded like they were closing shop. Not sure what happened since then.

I've been getting some really bad break-up or hiccups I guess you could say while under full boost. Since I was running perfect in ohio before I left, I thought there might be a different type of fuel mixture in this area.

So my question is, What type of fuel do you other evo owners use?
In Ohio I was tuned on shell '93 and never had any problems. Perhaps there is a better fuel down here?

My next question, or thought, is that maybe I should find a tuner in this area that could do a few logs and maybe correct the issue.

Any suggestions regarding tuner or fuel is appreciated! I know about mellon in memphis but he's a little far.
I run 93 with 10% from BP and we do remote tunes around the world daily. Check out our tuning section for details: http://www.mellontuning.com/index.ph...dex&cPath=1_28

When Dyno4mance closed, I was left without a place to put my car on the rollers. I have thought about using Fastech to self-tune outside Knoxville if they rent their dyno. I don't trust myself to tune off a dyno (don't have a WBO2); I've been using Bryan@GST on here and Chad from CBRD for remote tunes and logs built off my original dyno tuned map. Both those guys are worth every penny. I bought a FMIC from CBRD and needed a touch up tune, Chad helped with getting rid of really low 1-2 counts and helped smoothness and drivability with some exhaust side Mivec issues I was having.

As far as middle Tennessee/Nashville itself, there is nobody I'd let connet to my ECU other than myself, and I'm only a hobbiest (read: noob, I can't road tune).

In short, get an etune from one of the many fine vendors on here or get both by driving to Memphis to see Mellon because you can get DLL results that way. The short drive is a small price to pay, IMO.

My specific problem is that I've already been fully dyno tuned, the car was running perfectly before I got down here.

They are very nice people and I have never heard anything bad about them from the Mustang Guys. Delk Performance, I have had a good experience and had a friend who had a good experience with them. They are in Lebanon I believe but, have heard some people say to stay away from them.
I stopped by this afternoon and spoke with David from DBR. David was very professional and customer oriented. If I had to label them I would say they are horsepower consultants. I was very impressed from talking to them and plan on having a few basic things done by them just to get a fill. David also mentioned he had relationships and was a value partner of AMS. If AMS is willing to partner and have a relationship with them then I figure I would as least give them a shot.... Just though I would share my short time today talking with David.

I live about 2 minutes from DBR. Once they move to the new facility and get their dyno installed, I will try to get them on board as vendors here and be self tuning my own car there.

I can only speak for the Mustang guys I know and that is all good things. I have never heard any complaints from people about DBR. Also, If you are willing to drive to Memphis look up Dynospeed. Numerous guys from TMC use Dynospeed for tuning.

Did you ask David at DBR about the Nissan GTR they did? I have some pictures of it in the shop. I am not sure whom it belongs to but, it was nasty!

Any update on this? I'm in Mount Juliet and in need of a tune! Local would be nice, but Mellon is my next option.

I'll stop in this afternoon if David is there and see what the latest happens to be. I am curious myself.

I live scary close to Noize. It's so close he even moderates my personal life. :P
