THEY RUINED ALL 4 OF MY WHEELS!!! The people working at this NTB have absolutely no idea what they are doing. This included the clueless manager Mike Suell. After I had 4 new tires installed, I approached him about how one of his employees scratched all 4 of my wheels down to the primer. He said it was impossible. He thought the primer was white paint, and that he didn't have anything painted white in his shop, so it couldn't have happened there. Are you kidding me????? They also scratched up the inside of the wheels when they pried the weights off with a screwdriver to "balance" them. Of course, the wheels are not balanced. You couldn't pay me to let these incompetent and rude people even touch my car again. I hope NTB people see this. I even told Discount Tire Direct to removed them from their list of recommended installers.
