Cocoa Beach Melbourne Area Help with Imobilizer disable

I hear that all you need to do to by pass the imobilizer is set the value to 0 on ecu flash. Is there anyone locally that can help me out with this. I'd be willing to give some money for the trouble. Thanks a lot!

just to give some insight oon this. When I try to srat it it gives a constant sound which I believe to be comming from the fuel pumps but it never actually cranks over. This was intermittent for a while but now is a constant thing and it wont start at all. Is this an imobilizer issue?
