I did own one Evo 9 that was tuned by a shop in Charlotte (can't remember the name). It ran AWESOME. It was one of the best running, bolt-on Evo's I've ever driven.

I still have a couple more parts I want to put on before I tune though. Does he do ECU controlled boost??

I think so. I just had him tune mine with the GS 3-port.

Sorry didnt see this thread earlier. We offer custom dyno tuning all done in house for stock ecus and standalones for all evo models. Check out some of our dyno videos give us a call at the shop if you have any questions or would like to schedule a tune.
