Anybody planning to setup a time and day where we can all meet up? Talk evo stuff? I'd like to do it before it gets too cold here soon.

 

I'd like to have a meet soon. I think a meeting up at point "A" and then cruzing to point "B" type meet would be fun. More importantly, I'd like to have a meet with more attendees.

 

Yes, I agree and it's frustrating as hell. We spend thousand of dollars and hours on our cars but we can't take a night to meet, talk, make new friends and enjoy each others work? I know of at least 19 Evo owners (I have several others I know of but don't know names) in the Knoxville area. How is it we can only get a meet that's me and Zlayer (excluding the last meet as I was out of town)? Every time it's consistently us 2 and maybe one or 2 more.

I (have offered this before) may even cut some vinyls for us if more people would commit. The subaru guys get together all the time! Why can't we?

 

I'm definitely down for the vinyls. I can't figure out why we can't seem to pull anything together. I know, personally, I've just been really busy on the weekends, but nothing that is permanent. Just need to know when and where!

 

Anyone got any dates they want to throw out there? 15th, 22nd?

almost any Saturday works with me. meet and drive from point A to point B would be really cool.
Also I dropped my stock exhaust, started installing my greddy TI-C and buschur DP. Was gonna reuse my stock cat but my exhaust is so rusted out I don't think I can use it. Bolts are all rusted and stripped, tried everything I can and I cant free the stock catalyst. So now my car is sitting at home all jacked up and I cant even drive it, pretty much the only thing I need now is the cat.

Any of you guys got a stock catalyst or test pipe or resonated test pipe? I wanna order something online but afraid it might take a whole week or 2 to get here so I would rather drive an hour to Knoxville and pick it up.

If any of you guys got something that will work with my Buschur DP and greddy TI-C let me know, I may be interested. And the sooner I get my car running hopefully sooner we can all meet up.

 

Haven't really kept up with what's going on here. Hope to meet up again sometime. Doing our last AX of the year tomorrow at Pelli.

 

I've got a stock cat, I'll need to drag out my stock exhaust and get it un-bolted. I think you might have some competition from the roommate though.

Ya, dec 7th is fine with me. We could meetup at turkey creek, then cruze down Kingston pike to the top level of the parking garage at west town mall. We can take some good pics there.

Also, we should pick a day each month to meet. That would put an end to all of the speculation. 1st fri or sat of each month maybe.

 

I'm on the fence at this point, I'll have to let you guys know as we get closer to the date. A short cruise down to the mall is an excellent idea though!! Maybe we can get more folks to show up that way.

God forbid we have to start inviting those filthy Scoobaru driving mongoloids to inflate our ranks.

 

Sorry I have been such a flake lately. School has consumed my life this semester, and I ahve been broke. I definatly wanna come hang out again, but I have a Final on the 7th from 7pm to 9pm. (Worst time ever) I havn't even had time to properly take care of my car. Maybe I can get up that way in January or Febuary.
