Had a great time at C&C today, lots of sexy cars out. Only a total of 4 EVOs managed to show up, three of us left at the same time. Boo. Plenty of Subarus made it out though, almost tempted to pick up an STi sedan.

Zlayer, not sure if you're on KCE on FB or not, but that R32 we were standing next to got rear ended by a VW Beetle on the interstate just after he left.

anybody local has knowledge/experience replacing cams and headstuds?
I bought my FP black but before I install it and get it tuned I want to install cosworth 272 cams and arp headstuds. Not sure if I should do the headgasket or not. If anybody can help me out PM me please.

Well, I just moved to lenoir city. It's been crazy! The house we bought had a drive way that had too steep of an angle to get my car in. I didn't have my car for about a week and a half. I had a driveway company fix it thou. The roads around my house are amazing, so it would be awesome to schedule an evo ride around the area here.

My car is going under the knife this weekend. New valve springs, retainers and seals. Hopefully get tuned the following week on E85 assuming my tuner can get to it. I'd love to set up a meet. Harper's Cars & Coffee yesterday was pretty awesome. Easily 400+ cars there. Few Evos but no one I knew. Next EAG one is Sept. 6th.

Zlayer, your yard looks baller! Ride then cookout at your place! haha. Maybe we can get a meet together in August?

I got a new job so im off every Saturday now so im down to meet any Saturday for a cruise or meet.

 

Been swapping out some suspension parts recently. Just got some Bridgestone RE11As mounted today. Unfortunately couldn't get an alignment due to a busted Whiteline tie rod end. Gives me a chance to tinker a bit more before I get the alignment done; experimenting a bit. Hopefully by next weekend.

I'll probably be at the AX at Pellissippi tomorrow. There's also a two day event next weekend at the Smokies' stadium.
