Well, I'm going to have to find some people from around here to hang with and learn about the car I suppose.
I've noticed quite a few around here, but they're all ricey. Dang it.
There's one that sits in the Calera Wal-Mart parking lot and wonder if it ever moves. hehe.

Which one?

Two cars come to mind.

A yellow one with eighteens and an aluminum APR wing.
A black one with a big silver Mitsu emblem on the back window and a loud exhaust.

Both were sold at our dealership, but the two guys names escapes me now... Is either the one you see a lot?

Nah, I see a Yellow one with a mitsu emblem on it that cruises Clanton a lot, and then just the yellow one that's at Wal-Mart in Calera, and a yellow one that someone has up where I work.
But, as far as it goes, I don't think i've seen anything REALLY but yellow that are actually OZ's...

ewo27: That's cool, my sister and her mom live in Montgomery.
I'm going to probly come down there and visit them next weekend. I haven't seen them in like...forever ( I hate her mom but need to get over myself I suppose ).

I'm going to put a turbo kit on mine, but I'll probably order it. Then, take it down to SpeedSouth (sorry GPTourer, not taking it to Murphy ) to get it put on. But I think I'm also going to wait until the fac warranty runs out (which I'm alreadyat 1000 miles on the car and i've only had it a week.)

No need to apologize. They would probably decline the job anyway, not that the technicans aren't qualified - they've installed aftermarket parts on my car before, however since it is already turbo, the level of difficulty is a lot lower. I don't doubt that they could though. Maybe they would if you signed some form of waiver that would make sure you understood that you'd be voiding your powertrain warranty and wouldn't try to sue them if the kit had some form of defective part that caused engine failure, but again, I doubt they'd do it.
On another note, me and another salesman are pondering a project car that involves an imported 4G63T and a late model Mitsubishi, either a '97+ Mirage, or a '99+ Galant and most of the work will be done there. Stay tuned.

TrickdoutLancer:
You should chill with our car group sometime. Its nothing real big, but its a lot of fun. Check the forums out at www.cars-ce.com
Its just a local-yocal "import" group.

And, unfortunately, my car isn't in the greatest condition.
I got hit by someone at work or something, not sure and noone will confess, so I got a big nasty scratch on my front bumper!

Anyone know where I can go to discuss upgrades to the Lancer? I am new to Auto Modification and need some good advice. Anyone know of a reputable shop in town ("town" being Birmingham area).
