I announced the closing a couple months ago on Facebook which I assumed most the locals saw and spread the word since it affected them the most.

Everything has been pretty much sold. Last day open is Friday as far as service bays so we are just about cleaned up inside.

As far as other businesses 1 is my business before I opened AWD which is "adult" industry related.

The newest one is pet supplements and sporting events for dogs. Pet market is 1000x larger then performance car parts. If not 10,000x larger. 70% of Americans have a dog not an Evo.

Dont be fooled 90% of the shops out there if they had something as lucrative as the shop they own they would be closed too.. Matter of fact the name is still so respected that many BIG NAME shops have made offers to buy it but im not selling the name.. WE still ship over 300 packages a day and operate at a very nice profit as AWD Motorsports..

That wasn't what I meant. I meant that you guys are no more, thus the name might be going away.

Damn, it's great that you are choosing to go with what makes you happy. Given that I'm from FL and know there are a lot of areas where the car scene is huge I always thought you guys killed in the Evo realm for FL. I may go back to FL if the military sends me there, which shop are you referring your customers to now for tuning and work?

Glad to hear you'll still be here! I was on your web site the other day and didn't see your Evo 8-9 light weight drive shaft. Is it still available? Thanks!
