Got rearended on 440 and need a body shop to get the evo lookin' good again. Bumper cover is wasted. Exhaust system took a lot of the hit.

Anybody know of a good shop in Raleigh to go to?

 

Take it to Kenny Hawkins. He does the best work I've seen. He works on Vipers, NSX's, Porche's, only the hotness. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Thanks, I'll give them a call. I've got an appt. for an estimate this afternoon with Paragon Collision on Capital, I've heard good things about them.

I saw her coming in the rearview, no place to go, Jersey barrier on the left, traffic on the right and truck stopped in front. We were slowing down, I knew she was gonna hit me I tried to give her as much room as possible, but...

Was still moving when I got hit and the antilock kicked in when she hit me. Took an hour and 45 minutes for the police to get there. Tried to give some bs about there being so many sections of 40 to look for the accident. I called and told them " the outer beltline at Poole road" At one point the police call and say that the officer is "inbound on Jones Sausage road" I guess the dispatcher says there is an accident in Raleigh, go find it.

 

Ah, work has got me travelling, Tijuana, San Diego, Wisconson... Went to Florida for a while, but am back for a while, though they are threatening to send me to Finland in the fall.

I am sure It'll all get fixed, maybe a good time to upgrade the exhaust now

I had mine repaired at Precision Collision on Capital Blvd. up near Wake Forrest. I was rear-ended on I-95 and my total bill was just under $4K. They did awesome work and thier motto is to restore the vehicle to like it was off the factory floor. If you want pics of my before and after, let me know and I'll e-mail them to ya.
