im not basing the meets on who they benifit im basing it on the best place , best day that will give the club more exposure and will be more then just our club there
new members wont join if they dont know about the club and the only way to get our club exposed is to hold our meets at locations on the night that that place is real live with other clubs , people talk , word a mouth is the best way to advertise
the meets were on a thursday and not everyone liked that , now they will be switched to wednesday and not everyone will like that , no matter what someone isnt going to be able to make a certain day , i cant base meets on who can and cant make it i have to base it on the club , i cant make it to wednesday meets all the time but for the east wednesdays are the best nights , like i said many many times already we are still working out the west but so far its leaning towards wednesdays at 403 or wed/thurs at hydros spot he mentioned ,
on friday july 24th we are doing a meet/test n tune at tmp , theres a friday meet right there ,

TOProtege and TM3 meet @ KC usually Wednesdays!
if you want exposure, this is the perfect night (atleast for KC)

^ thats why wednesdays at kc are set for the east now we just have to work out the west and what ever day and place it falls on is based on where the better place and night is

A calendar feature has been fix / reworked for evolutionm.net as of yesterday. in the coming days it will allow our club forum to have its own calendar and will allow for a more seamless communication of official dates for events and meets. An official post will be made when that is completed. Evolutionm.net's owners have done a great job on addressing our requests for features on the forum. Hats off to them

Octane and myself can meet up with you. we live like sauga/oakville border.
I have to pick up my g/f after 7pm cuz thats when I'm off work so me and Octane where gonna roll out at like 7:15-7:30.
If you want we can arrange sumthing, 403 and dundas is close to Oakville and close to the hwy if u wanna meet us there at 7:15-7:30pm tomorrow. let me know and I can pm u my cell# .

Remember everyone that the meet is at 7pm. Be mindful that other clubs maybe in the area and we are considered the new club. so please keep your distance and more importantly be friendly and considerate.

Ah I was just thinking I could make this meet till I realized it's tomorrow and not Thursday LOL
I work till 630 so I wouldn't get there till like 8ish... then everyone would probably leave at 9 so prolly not worth the drive for me this time around.
