The next meet will be june 24th on wednesday at kennedy commons in the chapters parking lot , the east side meets will be on wednesdays now , this will give the club more exposure to all the other clubs that meet at kc , maybe even attract more lancers to the club , word a mouth is the best way , wednesday nights at kc are the big nights where kc gets rammed with all trypes of rides and clubs, its not going to be just tlc there anymore ,

for all the west guys things are going to be tweaked starting in july , we are trying to figure out a set place and day for the west meets , the first meet in july will be in the west so maybe at the west mini meet all the west guys can discuss where the best place and day is to have west meets on,pretty much we need to have it figured out by july 1st so we can get the schedule down , im waiting for someone to get at me with 4 locatins for the west and the best nights for those locations so i can make a poll so the club can vote on it

it has a tim hortons and boston pizza there and toprotege is there and they get a good crowd and are a good bunch of guys too haha

 

ya we have met at the Aimco location before, infamous and I have another location in the works and it will address rain out issues since it will have close by shelter

well kennedy commons on wednesday nights is kinda in stone now but im still working on the west location

 

Theres a spot near Yorkdale, at Caledonia rd & Castlefield. On Wed/Thurs its rammed with a **** load of cars, and I've seen a few modded Lancers there already.

 

Nice can't wait. Octane and myself will probably be there.
We dont know our work schedules yet but if nothings in the way we'll be there like usual. We might have to ask for Wed night off since we usually get Thrusdays off lol.

the whole point of the shift to wednesdays is to get more exposure of the club , trying to get some sort of structure with meets instead of random days random places

the east meets are set for wednesdays nights at kennedy commons , still working on the west meets ya never know it could be a friday , its gonna be what ever the best night is and the best place is

 

maybe we should do a trial have one at 403 n dundas on a wednesday and have one at your spot on a wednesday and see which is the better spot to hold the west meets , wat you think?

 

you don't have to have random days everytime but make it so that both side meets don't happen on wednesday...like have the east meets on a wednesday and west on a different day, then there is a mix because some people like myself and by the sounds of it three29 can't make wednesday meets so we get screwed out of both east and west sides meets if they both fall on wednesdays

im not basing the meets on who they benifit im basing it on the best place , best day that will give the club more exposure and will be more then just our club there

new members wont join if they dont know about the club and the only way to get our club exposed is to hold our meets at locations on the night that that place is real live with other clubs , people talk , word a mouth is the best way to advertise

the meets were on a thursday and not everyone liked that , now they will be switched to wednesday and not everyone will like that , no matter what someone isnt going to be able to make a certain day , i cant base meets on who can and cant make it i have to base it on the club , i cant make it to wednesday meets all the time but for the east wednesdays are the best nights , like i said many many times already we are still working out the west but so far its leaning towards wednesdays at 403 or wed/thurs at hydros spot he mentioned ,

on friday july 24th we are doing a meet/test n tune at tmp , theres a friday meet right there ,
