I do...
I pay $239.73 a month for my Lancer. It was simple to arrange and everyone there was really nice. No BS.
I have all the coverage I could need, like full coverage. If I didn't take that it would have been closer to $200 or under.

I couldn't imagine having to pay $200 or something for insurance. Mine's $104 right now but going down to $89 next month cuz I turn 25... (yay for being old! ??)

Hi i have Belair Direct insurance for my 09 Lancer GTS. I have two speeding tickets on record and my monthly payment is only $157, and i am turning 25 in two months, at which point they said it will drop down to $105 a month.

wow, ya'll are lucky paying that low.
I'm paying $203 now (not w/ belair) and I'm in Ajax. But I'm moving to toronto in a few months and it'll jack up to $303.
I guess I have to switch to belair then.

where abouts are you, LanceHer?

^ ha! i wish i could get my insurance down to 300 let alone 100

and bel-air from all the insurance companies i have checked and i have checked alot of them has the best rates for people with under 3 tickets...they don't insurance high risk drivers so if you fall under that category echelon insurance had the best prices from what i was told by all insurance brokers

and yea when you turn 25 it's cut right in half. Hopefully by the time I'm 25 I wont have my Lancer anymore and be in my vette

My brother is only 21 and he just bought his first car... I mean it's only a '99 Z24 so its nothing fancy but he's paying $115 for insurance.

I wanted my BMW by the time I was 25 but oh well haha maybe in a year or two.

$320 right now with RBC. ****ers !!. I think partly due to the fact i have some life insurance and 2 year appreciation value.

But belair is offering $2 million liability , $0 detucable, $0 comprensive, First fault forgiveness and rental for $232. Plus when i get winter tires and aftermarket alarm another +- 10% saving.

I checked the same coverage listed above on the EVO X and it was $270 . The one reason i didnt get an EVO / Ralliart was insurance from RBC was around $450.

not only it depends on the model or year of the vehicle, location, age, and G1 or G2, they (i guess i should say we) also look on how long you've had your license for..like if you're 26 but you only have a G2 and you've had it for 1.5 yrs, then your insurance will still be high.

for those of you who's paying below $200, how long have you had your G2/G? I'll try to get a quote and move to your insurance companies..lol

and this being said, I should start shopping around for cheaper insurance.....or i can just live on cup noodles everyday..like in college..

It's all about location location location people, I have my G license with more than 5 yrs experience, clean record, residing sauga and I'm paying 210 this year with State Farm...

The closer you are to the city and drive more on streets prone to accidents, the rate simply goes up.. I know a simple address change can decrease or increase whatever your paying now....

Stitchflip, I'll keep my mouth shut and not say a word about you're address change if I was in your position. Think about it....
