Looking for a place in Toronto which can do a "special" e-test for a reasonable price. Don't mind paying a bit extra, but just dont try to rape me from behind without lube.

Any recommendations?

not that, its just my exhaust has a crack and i don't intend on fixing it, its leaking fumes so i know it wont pass for sure. im just being cheap while i save for a turbo back.
