Going to Toronto, hows the parking situation?

Gonna be taking my RA on a 1500mi road trip. Toronto's one of the spots along with niagra falls.

How's the street parking in toronto, how do I pay? Is there free parking? Anything I should be aware of?

Free parking on street after a certain time. Usually its posted, Meters are also available cash or credit with pay and display. Just a word, Everyplace is different. Just watch out cause my buddy parked DT for like 5 mins didn't pay and within that time his car was gone......THEY TOWED IT!! for 5 mins.

DT Some places offer $7 all day parking. Good luck getting in though, usually packed.

Just read the signs posted if your parking on the street. They are usually on every 3-4 light posts. If your too worried about parking on the street like me, lots of parking lots downtown usually $10-$20 during the day and cheaper at night. And Aj is right the parking enforcement in TO is fast lol.

At Niagara i just park at one of the Casino's.

as for Niagara, I would recommend parking at Fallsview Casino. If you play at the casino and get your player's card validated, parking is free. But if you don't pLay, $5 for the entire day is not bad at all.
