So I checked my mail box and saw a letter from City of Toronto "Revenue Services". I had no idea what this would be... and it turns out it's a parking ticket from an incident that apparently occurred A MONTH AGO?!?!?!

Can they do this??? I thought if order for you to get a parking ticket they had to write out a ticket and place it on your windshield?

 

cameras must have snapped your license plate, did you run a red light?

 

If it did the letter should present a photo of crime!

 

Yea. think the only time i've gotten something like that in the mail there was another piece of paper along with it that was a photo of the crime in question.

the infraction is towards the vehicle not to you so they can issue you one but you can fight it like always what is it about? i recently been seeing a lot of people bring those letter to parking tags at my work place pretty ghetto!

 

if its from a month ago my guess is that you may have been issued a ticket and it just flew off your car...who knows.. if its worthwhile for your time you may as well fight it

WTF! who sent that one? a cop pulled you over and you didnt have your license?

 

a cop pulled me over 2 months ago, he checked my license and papers and sent me off, no ticket. im going to fight it for sure
