Gold Alliance Performance Parts

Its been slow keeping all the dealerships on the same page, but we are making progress. Cold Air Intakes are now under evaluation by the dealership now that warranty hurdles have been cleared by Mitsubishi USA warranty department and Canada has shown no objection, with the exception that the install must be done correctly by a trained mechanic. (This applies to those who wish to opt for the AEM intake for the lancer which requires relocating the MAF sensor) but anyways...

Lancer intakes are now being evaluated by Scarborough Mitsubishi, Dixie mitsubishi and on January 1st Maple Mitsubishi.

Intakes under evaluation

Works Drop in Filter
INJEN 2.0 and 2.4L CAI
AEM 2.0 CAI

more information as it becomes available.

AEM has submitted an Intake for the program. INJEN has supplied an Intake for our Round 2 Dyno Day in January. I personally believe the EVO X intake system will pass with little problems by the dealerships.

we are attempting to get a price cap on unit price and install.

Finally. we are attempting to get filter cleaning service available at the dealerships as well. For all those lazy people out there in the winter months myself included.

I am speaking with the Engineer of the AEM intake, and looking to see if an official add on bracket can be purchased. I beleived for a CVT application, it makes alot of sense.

hard to say, we are trying to figure that out now for this month. so i move inbetween the dealerships , then talk to AEM and INJEN and other vendors and see what can be done.

the price might look inflated at first glance, but remember, the install will be factored into it. of course its possible to get it cheaper else where, but the dealership has two objectives, offer for new car purchase option, and also to buy via service for your current car... so they gotta harmonize everything..
and when your working with 3 independant dealerships, thats not going to be easy.. .but so far the dealerships have listen to our suggestions, so I am sure we will figure it out in the next few weeks
