Radio Feedback when using bluetooth system
Anyone get radio feedback in the background or in calls when they use their incall bluetooth or bluetooth interactive session.
Second question. when you use your blue tooth system (interactive voice and in call) do your sound come only the right (passenger side) or from all speakers?
If anyone can come out on Tuesday to the Mini Meet Dec 22nd, I would like to use your bluetooth for a few minutes before i take this up with head office
Cheers

I hate my bluetooth.. I have to crank my volume to 45 (max) just to hear the person and when it hangs up I get that loud beep that scares the **** out of you since its super loud..
pretty sure it comes from all speakers in mine.

I went to the dealership today... they confirmed something is up with my radio... going to again take it back to the original dealership that replaced my stereo to see if they can hear the same problem.
thanks guys for the feedback

The radio wires especially the blue tooth wires are not shielded wires so you'll pick up frequencies from all around. You can remedy this by only replacing it with shielded wiring of course.
Another this is unplug your iPod charger or what ever u have in the 12v outlet. That usually helps and keeps the noise level from the alternator down.
Any mods you have done esspecially mods with high current like HID lights will increase the amount of "noise" which then will induce it to any unprotected (unsheilded) wire.
FYI - shielded wire is meant for 2 things. Protection from chafing and most important, RF noise.

Oh I forgot to mention check cj lancer club. There is a downloadable maintenance manual. And I believe some lancers have a grounding issue. Get the manual and a multi-meter and check for continuety.
lol I hate that too. To fix this increase your cell's volume rather than the head unit's volume. I agree the hang up beep is really stupid. I think anyone can tell if you've hung up when no one is respondng back to you.

Wiring can add up quickly with high end and quality wires. I can see why they cheaped out.
no wonder i didnt get this when I bought my car..
(my pos ES didnt come with it)
and they were even offering it to me for $500...
just ended up getting a car bluetooth - WAY BETTER! LOL

What happend was my radio was replaced before, and I am starting to think the rewiring may have an issue when the dealership did it. I went back to them recently and they didnt hear anything. I confirmed that its there, and will likely take it up with head office. My warranty is up soon for the 100,000km and I wanna get it resolved before its done.
