Vinyling you can do yourself, pretty simple.
You pretty much just buy the vinyl sheet,
Probably easier to remove the tail light first, and clean off the lens and make sure its squeeky clean. Glass cleaner should work. After its clean spray both the lens and the application side of the vinyl with the glass cleaner and apply the vinyl. using a hair dryer and a credit card squeegy out the bubbles
- hope i didnt screw up the order. I'm pretty sure i did this for my fogs.

For my tinting needs I usually ask help from www. TintBuyer.com. I'm sure they could also help you locate where to buy nightshade tints. They provided relevant information about tint such as its types, prices, laws involved in every state and most importantly they will help you locate the best window tinters near your area. I hope this one helps, thanks
