Maple Mitsubishi
Figured I'd create a thread for these guys based on my experience with them. Seems like many times good service goes unrecognized and only bad service is posted/commented on.
With that said wanted to thank Andrew at maple mitsubishi for taking care of me today. I called at 9:30 looking to get my winters swapped off for my dunlops. Knowing the service dpt. closed at noon I was skeptical I would get in. To my surprise Andrew fit me in and was very accommodating. I also have dealt with Darren in the past (service mgr) who is also fantastic to deal with. Got me in and out, got the discount, and a wash, all around great, great, great.
For those who dont know I drive down from barrie to get service their because of the excellent service they've provided me with since I started going there and our TLC discount.
I've also had an ongoing issue with my front suspension/subframe and which we are still working to figure out but I've never got a retarded anwser or excuse for the issue from these guys like I have had at two other dealerships, not mentioning names but I refuse to deal with them at this point.
With that said I encourage anyone else with a positive experience to start a thread.
Maybe this will help reduce some of the negative experiences we see.

its funny... it seems to be the same issue up here with barrie mitsu... if you have a new lancer they'll help you out as much as possible, but if you have an older one like me they tell you everthing is in your head!!
i've had a clunk in my rear end for months, everythime i've gone into my dealership they've told me its in my head. so i took it down to newmarket mitsu and they heard it, and they've started to at least try to figure out what it is.
my friend with the evo x goes to barrie mitsu because he says even with the upgrades he has (bigger upgraded turbo, borla exhaust, hks intake system, hks blow off, hks intercooler, tein coilovers, advan gr-2's, carbout lips front and rear) none of which were bought or installed at the dealership, they overlook everything and will go to the end of the earth for him and his car UNDER WARRANTY. i dont understand.
the service department is just as big as the sales department! you should always stand behind the products you sell, and honour the warranty thats included! i've gotten soo fed up with the dealership up here that i've stopped going there, even for oil changes, and started making the 40 minute drive to the nermarket dealership because it atleast seems like they kinda care.
i'm glad you found a dealership that takes care of you and treats you like a true VALUED customer! thats awesome! stick with them! if it wasnt for the crazy drive, i'd start to go there too. it's really good to hear that there are atleast some dealerships that are not complete crooks!

Some Dealerships are pretty nice guys/gals . Every dealership has a certain tolerance for modding and how far they are willing to go to make every customer happy.
Maple has always been pretty good on the customer service front and I have even seen them step up in situations where another dealership unrelated to them has fallen down.

I've seen you around... at the school a few times. seen a few evox around town as well.
girlfriend also spotted a white evo 9 at the registry place behind Canadian tire so keep an eye out for that one.
