any ways congrats Jeff and Allen for taking 1st and 3rd, also Jeff got meanest Mitsubishi I think it was
cant believe allen didnt get 2nd and as for the rest of us Evo guys who should have taken 3rd.. could have went any way IMO but we all got shafted by a POS 1999 Eclipse that looks like ***** and is prob worth as much as my rims... but any ways... I didnt really enjoy the show... some nice cars for sure but im not one into RICE. and most of the cars there prob 90% were nothing but TimHortins tuesday drivers...... uuuugggggghhhhh
but thats just me and maybe I shouldnt have even joined :S
guess Im 2 use to seeing Muscle cars and track cars and beautiful engine bays..

I think like half the cars at that show had some sort of NextMOD badging on them.
I do kinda wish there were more unique cars tho. 95% of those cars you can see on the street. It's been like that since the begining of ImportFest. ImportFest needs to start getting SHOW CARS... they can't just go out to the local Tim Horton's parking lot at night and ask those guys to come into their show.
NextMOD blows me away. They have got to be the best marketed company/group I've ever seen here. And it's like this snowball effect. They are popular... so people join... then they become more popular... so even more people join... etc. etc.

I dont want to be a dick but I thought Tv screens and huge systems and lights were played out in the 90' early 00'???

I was there saturday night.. looks around for everyone... saw allen and jeff chillin at the toyo booth.. looked busy with a female so didn't want to bother you two lol...
overall I thought the show was pretty small. Thought it would be much larger..
I had a good laugh at the red 300 with the blower and sectioned roof... anyone else notice the leather wrap in the wheel wells and engine bay.. like wtf, I guess he never starts the engine let alone drives it down the street lol..
to me thats way over kill, I know thats on a level on its own but if you cant enjoy the car for being a car, whats the point.
wanted to have my car done but no luck.. maybe next year.
girls were hot and way better looking then past years.
