I was there saturday night.. looks around for everyone... saw allen and jeff chillin at the toyo booth.. looked busy with a female so didn't want to bother you two lol...
overall I thought the show was pretty small. Thought it would be much larger..
I had a good laugh at the red 300 with the blower and sectioned roof... anyone else notice the leather wrap in the wheel wells and engine bay.. like wtf, I guess he never starts the engine let alone drives it down the street lol..
to me thats way over kill, I know thats on a level on its own but if you cant enjoy the car for being a car, whats the point.
wanted to have my car done but no luck.. maybe next year.
girls were hot and way better looking then past years.

That 300 is a joke, he goes to every Big show and always cleans up. He doesnt drive it on a street far as it goes is on a trailor and is driven with remote control. Its a joke really you know your going to win but u still enter it into everyshow it should just be put on display cause you no your killin anyone if you enter..
Ya and again........ seems like the judges are looking for the ricer look bc they prob know **** about cars,,, one of them owned the 04-05 STy there and I have never seen a more riced up sti in my life :S.....
I bet if some one set up a home theatre there with some rims as tables, that would clean up shop LMFAO ahaha... sorry

Wow... And i was gonna go w/ my bro to nextmod and pick up the CTR body kit for his csx.. I guess i'll check out a few other places like optionJDM etc as far as their bodykits go, i know they get some of the replicas from china.

That's why I stop going importfest no more.
Some of them are nice, +1 for David's SI(blue one with AME wheels) and LeveL 1 crew.
BUT, "Nextmod', "I go to nextmod", "I mod my car at nextmod","I go out with nextmod","I tuned at nextmod" ohh, i had enough this year.
I did like nextmod until he used my frd's authentic bodykit/car as the ad for their replica bodykits, WITHOUT the permission of my frd. To make them even worse, my frd ordered a set of vertex kit for his lexus from them(which is the first vertex kit for lexus IS in canada), and then my frd waited for a couple of weeks so he went there to confirm about the arrival date. and they said it's coming in a month while the kit was there already and they were busy making a replica out of it!
It's just freaking wrong mang!

I kinda see his point... he's supplying the people with what they "want". If people wanted legit bodykits... they would pay for them. So basically if people stopped buying fake body kits.... and started buying real ones. NextMod would stop selling fake body kits and would start ordering real ones.

if you are talking about your friends IS250 Vertex kit. he well knew we were making a mold cause we gave him the kit at below cost
he was the one that asked me to do it for him in replica. and he changed his mind after cause I offered him the original for dirt cheap. I always ask if I am going to use some one's parts
I usually dont say anything when people start changing the story to make themselves look better
but this is stupid

all the plastic stuff we bring in from Taiwan and China like everyone else.
if you ask for Original JDM conversion then we give you the original JDM conversion
if you want a replica then they are all pretty much made in the same factory where ever you go

this thread is stupid, all but the hot girls part. THat part is awesome. And that blue evo with the black RPF1 rims and RalliArt engine cover, that part is awesome too. Everything else............. is well..........
