Trip to Cayuga 29th Oct

Going to make the trip down to Cayuga to witness some R&D testing hit the track / drag strip. I am also going down to see how "Widow" does with the Sprint Booster installed as he attempts to smash is 12.27 drag time *EVO X MR.

If the weather holds up I am heading down there.

wish I had my X back I think I would be able to do 12.3 NP.. would be a good race vs this MR!

I know the guy got 12.27 at Cayuga! He's got 2010 MRT , nothing from SSP yet, TBE and few more bolts on etc.. and Neetronic tuned! It will be interesting to see if he can get better time from sprint booster!

I don't think the sprint booster will do anything for the 1/4 mile. I mean you don't really let off the gas and you launch at the line. I can see it working better on a road course as you let off before coroners then exc. Through the coroners. That I can see a diffrence maybe!
But again would love to see what this MR can do!!

MR seems to launch a bit harder slamming 2nd and 3rd limiters in s-sport mode automatic. Anyone elses do that :P

Ill be at the track weather permitting 7-11pm. 1040 kohler Road is where Cayuga is roughly. On GPS go another 700metres roughly till you see the lights or hear the roar!

edit : the SSP car also has a turbo upgrade, cams, probably some P&P, all the boltons, i run and only traps 3MPH faster and .400 faster, I bet with some 110 or meth/h20 kit i run 11.8 on stock turbo

There is more in the car, and a few launches around my area seems to show it launches harder anyways. track results to follow.

is the "track" open or the "drag-strip"? open to public or only for sprint booster test?

The drag strip is open to the public on Friday nights.

Looks like there's open lapping this Friday on the road course too... but that ends at 7pm.

Nice what was your 60' time?
And 1/4 MPH?
Tuned on 110 with the timing up you will be able to get into the 11's for sure!
