Tactrix cable + open source. If I didn't already have the ap I would have gone with tephra mod and used the money saved for pro tune

I seriously considered taking that route, however I don't have the time this summer to tune the car properly and do all that's required to ensure the cars working properly. I like the idea of the AP because it has a pretty solid track record, fixes the deadspot between 5500-7000 and has a fuel economy flash.

I have a v.1 cobb AP for sale localling in GTA. Willing to let it go for 400. Beats getting a new one to do the same thing for 600+

little ot ... what's difference between v1 and v2? And how is one going to tell physically?

If I'm not mistake the v1 vs v2 does not apply to the Xs. More of a think with the older STIs just because Cobb has been supporting them for so long and they needed to update the product
