11 sec MR whats needed?

As you all know im Low 12's and its really bothering me seeing all these other evos 1-9 go low 11's or high 10s stock turbo n long block yadda etc. Whats needed for me to achieve a 11.4999 etc or faster?

I have all boltons, FULL TBE, intake, half assed tuned which could be my greatest benefit, fmic, ic pipes etc all the boltons im at 320/330 or something.

So what do i need being the most cost effective solution so as once this goal is beat i still have $ for my main goal of a high 10sec car eventually with bigger turbo clutch packs etc.

Will cams net me much gain? Im sure if i run Vp racefuel and have it tuned id run real fast but thats not a DD car to me.

Please let me know,...Im still trying to trade for a GSR but the banks dont like me at the moment and wont hook me up with an xmas present lol

You're going to need a turbo swap atleast, and probably upgrade the tranny. Maybe buy a couple barrels of E85 and use that for your DD fuel lol

this is such a general question.. there are so many variables.

its one thing to be running parts and netting 12`s while other guys are running the exact same setup run mid to low 11`s

if thats the case then you need either

more seat/driving time
a better tune

or

Both

You already admitted your tune is crap so I would start there.
cams aren`t going to make you run almost a full second faster.

then theres things like what rim/tires are u running?
how much boost?
blah blah blah......
I`ve seen guys with a easy high 10 sec car who cant drive and can at best run low 12`s in that car..

what kind of 60`s are u cutting? mph? ect ect..

As I said first line.. sooooo many variables

Hey Derek, I've seen lots of MR on the forum that had more power than you! they can't even beat your 1/4 mile #!
Even with more mod, I think its going to be very hard for sst to go faster. Did you find anybody can play with sst tuning?

no1 ive found around me i even would take my car back to honestly..im thinking travelling to the good old USA and try one of them tuners ivey GST or someone.

I run 1.8 60fts all day long..115mph and getting faster..yes i can shave time if my tranny would shift faster (tuning errors) and yeah i do have alot less awhp awtq then others..but dynos may play a huge part in that. Neetronics dyno has me 320/330 wheras 4star has me 280/324 load base dyno.

Stock tires, stock rims, full interior minus spare, 94 oct, and im faster mph then most but cant hit the times!!!!

as for tranny surviving..yes, all i really need is whp..to carry me thru the top end mainly as i run outta steam apparently lol...if i keep 350tq which nets me the 1.8 60ft then anything hp wise should make me faster...especially with proper tuning so the tranny shift when i tell it to! retarded thing..supposed to be faster then i can shift but 15 yrs of video games make me faster lol

as for those 10sec cars ya ive beaten many..bad drivers so i would assume my driving is atleast pretty good to beat alot of cars way more powerful then mine..maybe goto florida check out awd even.

saving up...fp red, cams, 800-1000cc injectors unsure of who, rods,pistons,springs, yadda etc.. aim is 420-460awhp 340-370awtq looks to be achievable on pump 94 and do it safe with the low tq red combo. Will talk to SSP before i purchase anything just going to save a few months for this and then call and see what is suggested.
