This is the story about i ask someone to order for me a seibon carbon fiber evo x hood, and she said okey i will and also she give me qoute how much the hood($680)and i give her everything. This is was happening dec.15.2010, i still dont have the hood YET.

so if she has your money, why don't you contact her and get your money back. Did you at least get a receipt or something? That way you can prove you gave money to her and take legal action.

a receipt from the bank proving you took out money is not the same as getting a receipt from her which shows she owes you 1 hood

 

yah thats right, i keep going to her work to say give the money to sean but she say yah yah etc. and she say yah ill give him a call. i talked to sean, he saaid she never callled yet.
