okay..so if you ordered it through her when she was working at erin mills, then there should be a copy of the invoice at erin mills.
call their service manager at erin mills to see if there was a seibon hood put in the order from december. maybe nobody followed up on the order.
either way if you gave her the money at the dealership, you should have a copy of the invoice.
I

you ordered a hood from a dealership through a girl and didn't get a receipt? why wouldn't you get one? And if you did then you have nothing to worry about.

Ouch that sucks. Hope you can get everything resolved.

You might be forced to file a police report, but make sure you can get together any information.

If its not on the dealerships computer i dont think the have to do anything to help you (refund etc). It might end up being a personal transaction between two people.

Well atleast you physically know where she is. It may be difficult to claim money without formal receipts, etc... but best of luck to you.

This is why some times I don't like doing business with "friends". Every thing is cool until something goes wrong. And a lot of times because they are a friend... you are more relaxed with the transaction (like not getting a bill in this case). And that makes it more difficult to resolve the matter.

At time's I had trouble contacting Josephine since she maybe picks up the phone 10% of the time when I call her randomly to get in contact regarding transactions I have with her.

I'm just glad I don't have such a terrifying experience since we always met up in person. Her with the goods I want before I hand her the cash, since cash doesn't have any liability whatsoever to follow compared to credit cards.

regardless if you are doing transactions with friends or not, there should always be some sort of documented paperwork when money is involved.
Just ask any of the guys who run group buys. We always give out invoices and contact info and signed paperwork so stuff like this doesn't happen.

I am going to make a few calls to find out what is going on here with the dealership. That said. If it is a mis-understanding I am sure it will be worked out. I will monitor this situation and need be get involved to ensure this is brought to a resolution. Unless people are directly involved in the matter, refrain from speculation and other active imagination thoughts.
