Just bought some rims...need some help

So i just bought some 18" MSR 045 rims for my 09 lancer gt for the summer....since im not so familiar with rims and tires im looking for some input.

What tire size would fit these rims?

What lug nuts would fit these rims with a security nut? Planning to buy off ebay so what size/length do I need.

And do I need a spacer kit for this due to clearance issue due to rubbing inside or due to brakes? The offset is
+35 and the guy i bought them from (was an actual shop) said there wasnt a need for it, but you guys know best.

Any input and advice helps in advance!! Thanks!

your offset is -35? holy crap... my summers are +48 ...

for tire size, what is the wheel width? its its 7.5 or 8 I would say 215/40 or 225/40 depending on what you are looking for...

for tires. if your rims are 18"X8 , you can go 215, 225, 235 / 40/ 18
for lug nuts, you will need 12X1.5 thread nuts, open end or close end, shouldnt be a problem
dont forget you will need hub centric ring for all rims too!!

finally , post some pics!!

What's the purpose of a hub centric ring? Checked it out on ebay it literally is a metal ring but whats its purpose?

I have those rims. actually i am selling mine now.

you do not need wheel spaces. everything will fit nicely. The tires you need to buy must be 225 40 18. Do not do 225 45 18 unless you are willing to roll your fenders.

You will need hub rings

Other than that you will be fine

The bore of the after market wheel is generally bigger than your stock hub because different car manufacturers have different sizes so, you just get the hub centering ring as an adapter to fit it to your hub properly

You'll be able to get away with -35. Just run your oem tire size so its stretched a bit and you wont have problems.

The only thing to keep in mind with a stretched tire you wont have rim protection so watch how you park!
