So as everybody knows... there was a bunch of drama recently when news leaked that production of the EVO was going to be stopped after the current generation. After a huge public uproar Mitsubishi said they would not announce kill the EVO brand... but they would take it in another direction to reflect the green image they are trying to have.

Well here is a picture and some information on a concept of the new "EVO"... a car that is both green and offers performance... the Mitsubishi i-MiEVO!

They weren't lying when they said they were going in another direction... but hey... it still has the S-AWC all wheel drive system... Brembo brakes... Recaro seats... and a big rear wing!

There's really no space for luggage in evo. Live possessionless and the evo is a great fit lol

Haha +1. I was just about to comment that. There's very little things you can put in that trunk. I'm considering just to remove the spare tire for the extra depth.

I don't know why... but the Mitsubishi EVO fan page on Facebook ended up issuing an apology for this "i-MiEVO" figure and stated that this was just a joke. Are people really that sensitive that you have to apologize for making a photoshop job of a car???
