New Paint suggestions and shop

I just pickedup my car for Magnus yesterday and its SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!

Its a whole different level of car!!

But now I'm thinking I would like to redoo the paint, with something more special to match the magic that's under the hood.

I love the octane blue color but its just missing something, not enough pearl or metallic compound in it.

Can anyone suggest a high-end shop in the GTA that does exceptional custom paint work on cars?

Thanks in advance,

NEWB

PS- 2.3L Evox with FP_Black...................................

OOOoooo fast car. What colour do you have in mind? May I suggest you an option? I think you should consider vinyling the car. That way you can always reverse? There is this nice Orange IS-F that goes by Speedstar (I think you can find those pics on Speedstar's facebook page) that was vinyled and looks sweet.

Back when I was in the Porsche world, I had the front bumper and hood of my 928 S4 repainted by BestLine Auto Body in Concord. Excellent colour match, even to 20 year old paint!

With base tune: 430WHP/380Tq.................@ 20psi..............wastegate keeps flopping open at 5500rpm.

I havent got a screen shot of the chart yet, going back on Tuesday. But it pretty much looks like at 3500rpm there is a solid line of TQ and boost with HP rising up to 430.

New wastegate on order and retune when i come back from vacation.

1) dont waste money on FP wastegate upgrade, they charge like $100+ for a wastegate that only holds 18psi......... FAIL (FP SHOULD ADDRESS THIS)

2) order forge, blouch, jun, or hks wastegate if your going FP_BLACK/RED. PERIOD

Car isn't fully tuned yet, once wastegate and a few supporting mods come in Ill give you final numbers, I just have a base tune on it now since I was jonsing to drive the ****. LOL

As for body, I love the octane blue paint, I just want a touch brighter, like a shade or two lighter blue.

The shops you guys recommend, can they accommodate that?

Why try out the vibrant. Go with proven parts no need to experiment on an expensive build.
