Can it be done? Anyone got any friends that drive their Zs in the winter here in toronto? Reason for asking is because all my friends drives AWD....I need to know whether a RWD is do-able in our winters. Thanks.

So it's impossible to be winter driven? I know for fact the S2k can't cause it'll bottom out. What if i put winter tires on? Cause i see alot of G35s in the winter thats why.

My friend had a G37 rwd coupe before... and he said it was a pain in the *** to drive in the winter... even with winter tires. He goes the worse part was trying to get moving from a standstill.

Now he has a G37x awd coupe... and he says it's much better.

any RWD car can be driven in the winter, if its not slammed to the floor and it has GOOD set of winter tires.

bmw, 350, s2k, etc..

unless of course you dont know how to drive

HAHA they drive yes but they are useless.... talk about the 2 guy's on Champlain bridge in BMW and Mercedes RWD that got stuck in 1feet of snow and blocked the whole circulation for hours.

RWD is terrible in snows and is even dangerous without snow tires when things iced up.
I dreamed of the Z (300 back then) also growing up. Even dreamt of the Viper GTS. But after beating them up on real pavement using regular all-seasons I grew out of it.
