In June or July, Drift Car driver Brad Carlton, smoked a wall going about 100km per hour after a brake failure in the final rounds. He was about to do a manuver he has done a million times before and had his brake line sieze up. It turned from Brad Vs. DMCC competitor to Brad Vs. Wall.

You can see by the video he smoked it pretty good. He recently brought by the actual coilover for a few of us in the car club to see. Apparently the coilover stayed in one peice with a few degrees bend to the upper piston. Further more the top hat as well as the bracket stayed together and didnt get sheared off like the wheel did. Poor bastard had to hammer his strut tower up half a foot to unbolt it because the impact pulled the coilover down.

Might add.... Brad was out cold for 3 minutes as emergancy workers tried to remove him from the car. He came to in the car and like a rock star, drove on 3 wheels to the trailer lol I will ask Brad for the pics of the coil
