HSD Coilover problem

hey guys, i just recently installed my HSD coils on, after around like 30-40KM of the ride, my service light pops up and it said "Service Required", just wondering if its the coil or something else is causing the light to pop out. I only have a SRI for engine tune. Usually the SRI pops like CEL.

thanks

Where'd you get the coils installed? was it done right? Go back and make sure.

Did you change rims at same time as coils?

Get the code read asap I doubt its the coils. Could be something dumb or serious who knows

I really doubt a suspension change would throw up a code... unless something else was disturbed on the vehicle during the suspension install. Is there a code to be read?

Who installed the coilovers?

Its highly unlikely to be the coilovers. Unless something from the brakes or electonics was damage. Its not the coilovers. Hsd coilovers if installed correctly. They are pretty comfortable. There isn't enough force to knock stuff loose.

^ looks like it. Means your TPMS is going off. When you switched out your rims did you remove the TMPS from your old rims and put them on your new rims?

It just means it cant find the TPMS on the wheels. Nothing to be worried about. If you have the TMPS on the new rims then go to the dealer to get it recoded.

Ive had that on since i removed the OEM rims. It always says "service required".

The ride should not be brutal. HSD's are pretty comfortable. Ensure that the coilovers are installed properly and that they are not incorrected preloaded.

Are you using the spring to adjust ride height or the bottom brackets?
Do you have the dampening turned all the way up?
