They are usually booked for weeks, I think your best bet is to stop by the shop and talk to Mark.

 

I have always had my PMs responded to in a timely fashion, and have always had the phone answered. However, I have never actually spoken to Mark himself!!

He is always on the dyno tuning an Evo, as they say.

 

try sending them an email or shooting a pm to the turbotrix name. They'll most likely get you in contact with mike and from there you are golden.

 

Im like the president ..LOL. . If you call after 8am... you'll always get us. Around 1130 i leave for lunch. Phones prob wont get answered. From 1 - 5 the should get answered , then after 5, my phone guy leaves and im normally too busy to answer the phone. Give us a call tomm morning. Sorry about that ,, im working on a better system. You'd be shocked as to how much that thing rings

Goddam thing never stops ringing ever.

 

i know its constant. I have been there a couple of times where it must be ringing every 15 seconds. If you dont get through just keep trying. the mornings are always the best/.

 

it rings all day.

 

Morning are better to get through to us. We have a couple of phone lines but they are always busy...always. E-mail and IM's work too but if you call between 8-10 you should have no problem getting in touch with us.

I found the best way to get in contact w/them (by phone) is to j/let it keep ringing lol. I must have counted like 35rings before Mike picked up, but its all good. Patience is a virtue
