I am excited to see what it is going to do on the street w/ the 50 trim. It should be a beast! I will post the results after I get it broken in and tuned. Its gonna be a couple of weeks before I get it back, cant wait.
Trust me you won't be disappointed .

the engine feels a lot stronger in the lower rpms, the car is hell of a lot easier to drive in trafic from the extra torque. powerwise, i will know when the engine is fully broken in . before i was like what is the big hype, 0.3 liter can not make a big difference and boy i was wrong, you can tell the difference even from the way the car sounds.
the guys at Turbotrix do top notch work .

woodside, sylvester, and F.O.G.'s cars have all been stroked to a 2.3liter with out stroker kit.. the kit itself costs $1,950. Every customer's bill is slightly different because they opt for different products or upgrades. Not everyone goes all out and wants the Crower rods, HKS head gasket, Greddy or PE blue kevlar timing belt. Thanx for all the positive feedback guys, we were happy to help!

yeah thats true.... for me I'll definately opt for the Crower Rods, balance shaft removal, blueprinting, balancing, PE timing belts...all the usual good stuff that goes on a race block...

sylvester31 is dead on about how it feels. i new the 2.3 would feel strong down low but i too was surprised about how much better it does feel. even with the bigger turbo my car a 2k rpms still wants to go. if i had to build the engine all over again id still go with the 2.3 its just so nice off boost.

Anyone know how the 2.3l will hold up under road race conditions and constant open track abuse?

Just wanted to update the thread. I picked up the car yesterday, stroked and ready to go. I need to break it in and then head back for the final tune. The car runs very well and is noticeably stronger off boost.

Wanted to thank Mark, Jeff, Keith, Paul, and Mike for all the work they have done on the car. I will post back with the numbers from the final tune, once everything is said and done.
