you can run more boost on an evo 9... not to mention the turbo is larger, and the mivec... of course he'll make more power and torque then your 8.

I was just giving him my info for sake of comparison, not to compete for most hp per mod. What is it about the 9 that allows you to run more boost than an 8 with the same mods and a similar tune?

yeah 24 on pump is a bit crazy..im putting down 342/362 with the same mods (i have an intake and LICP) at 22 psi...

i highly doubt think it has anything to do with the tune. the car was perfect on second and then wont start the next. Car wasnt driven hard in two days. I think its just something stupid. I will keep you updated but i love the cars power and driveability. Please dont make any assumptions before we know what the problem is.
