Evo Ix Tt Tuned 6/26/06
WELL JUST GOT HOME FROM TURBO TRIX IN EDISON NJ PRETTY ****TY DAY TO GET A CAR TUNED NOTHNG BUT RAIN AND HUMIDITY
OTHER THEN THAT EVERYTHING WENT PRETTY WELL
CAR HAD A BASE PULL OF 244.75 HP & 259.34 TQ
ONLY TOOK THEM A COUPLE PULLS TO GET THE CAR RIGHT
I DIDNT SEE ANYTHING BUT I COULD ACCUALLY HEAR THE CAR MAKING MORE HP SITITNG ON THE COUCH......................
MY CAR ENDED UP MAKING 350.51 HP & 350.89 TQ LITTLE BETTER THEN I EXCPECTED LOOKING AT EVERYONE ELSES #S
MY MODS ARE
AMS UPPER & LOWER IC PIPING
HKS 280 EXHAUST CAM
WALBORO 255 PUMP
HALMAN BOOST CONTROLLER
K&N CONE FILTER
ARP HEAD STUDS

is it wise to change the cams in the IX already? thought they were not produced yet, and you could only truely change one cam.. Is it worth buying a set of them or can you buy them seperate like that?

that is on 22 psi pump gas my car holds pretty well though only drops off to 21 psi
car was set @ 22 psi when i brought it in
when i look at all the numbers put down with cars with out the cam hp is only a little higher
i do have alot more tq though wich is a big plus

i will post my dyno sheet if they send it to me

Damn, the more I see these threads, the more I know I need to get tuned...my car feels like a dog with just the turbo back and mbc, hopefully the tune will create a little less boost taper for me also.

yea it is a dyno jet and i will have to do that
i think the intercooler pipes took away all the taper with the stock icp`s i had like 4 psi taper would hit 22 drop off to 18 or 19 as soon as i installed the ic pipes it held strong

Its good to start with a baseline dyno to see how much gain you really scored.
350 whp is a great place to be.
