how much for clutch install?

Hey wats up TurboTrix!

I have a question about how much will it cost to install a clutch. I have the exedy twin disc to install. also I have a new oem throwout bearing, and a braided clutch line to install. Plus i want to change all of the driveline fluid. But i do have all the fluid. So can you tell me how much it will cost to install in my evo8. And plus how long will it take to do it.

thanks,
Kevin

word, their phone is pretty busy but in any situation where labor cost are in question, prob better to shoot them a pm or just keep calling instead of starting a new thread about it.

i'd have to agree with that 5-600 estimate.

Hey,

Sorry for the delay.. last week was complete mayhem at the shop due to mitsu day. PM's definately get taken care of before anything, if you have a question like this again, shoot me a PM or email sales@turbotrix.com. I am able to check that much quicker then scan the forum. If you evo8 has ACD the cost of the labor to install your clutch is $650 due to the bleeding of the active center diff. thats involved. We do complete the job in one day. The labor to install your clutch line is an additional $50. The fluid change for the rear will be $60 as long as you are providing fluids. We like to use a mix of redline 75-90 and shock proof to make a nice pink pepto bismol color fluid. Keith has found that the rear likes that the best. We are booked a little far out at the moment.. about 2-3 weeks.. give me a call monday if you can i'll see when the earliest I can squeeze you is.. 732-572-6866

They did a good job on my clutch install. I was in at 8am and out by 2pm. And I got to watch the delivery guy get scared sh*tless when he was greeted by Diesel. Priceless.
