Nice build! Two questions:

What did you do about the oil squirters?

What did you put over the crank to keep crap from getting into/on it and the crank bearings, etc?

was the motor running badly or did you just decide to refurbish it before something totalled the block?

any reason why you didnt stroke it out while you were in there or atleast a little bit of an overbore?

The motor had cracked ringlands, 4 f*cked up valves and a warped head. I put vacuum plugs over the oil squirters(you can remove them if you want) and I just put a rag over the crank. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned the cylinder walls and crank with carb cleaner. Hope that answers all the questions.
