I was wondering how much would it be in labor to do drop in pistons and rods? If the price is good i have a bunch of other stuff i would like to have done.

Drop in rod piston labor is $1000. If you want the balance shafts removed then its an additional $250.

I too had my motor get a drop-in by TTR, along with a rebuilt head, some AEM EMS madness, and a TTR stage 1 IX trans with a evo 8 3rd-4th gear, the car never felt so smooth, that is in daily driving and shifting, when the car went WOT with meth at 30+psi on pump and stock turbo, HOLY ****, DIFFERENT STORY!!!! LOL. 1 Word, Superbeast.
