PPI's new Lower I/C Pipe & coil cover!

We have been working on a new lower i/c pipe and it is finally ready to release! Fitment and finish on 8's and 9's is pefect! This i/c pipe has a very smooth transition of airflow from the turbo to the i/c. We don't use the couplers with large transitions that hurt airflow.

These parts are all CAD designed and made by PPI here in the USA
Here are some of its features that truly separate ours from others!

Our pipe is 100% percent aluminum weighing in under 1 pound. Typical steel pipes can weigh over 4 pounds! Why add weight to your car?
Aluminum will disperse the heat quicker than steel tubing will. The last thing you want is an i/c pipe to do is hold in the heat in (steel will do this). The idea is to cool your charge air as quickly as possible!
Many companies use a silicone coupler from the turbo to their pipe to make a large transition in pipe diameter. They use a coupler from the turbo outlet diameter of 1 3/4" to their lower i/c pipe of 2.5". This transition takes place in a mere .25" to .5" in their coupler. This is the easy/cheap way out. Airflow turbulence is introduced anytime it is forced to bend in sharp angles like this. Proper airflow requires bends of 10 degrees or less. This is accomplished with our pipe due to the fact that we have taken the extra time to ensure it is built and designed the right way. We use an aluminum cone (that we manufacture) in our pipe that has a smooth transition from 2" to 2.5" diameter.
Our pipe is also made as a 1 piece design for convenience and hassle free installation.
We also put high-quality machine rolled beads onto our pipe to make sure a good air tight connection is made.
We also supply a high grade silicone coupler to connect to your turbo along with 2 t-bolt clamps.
Our pipe is designed using the latest CAD technology. (see below)

You can see the pricing at our specials thread in the vendor section at https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=292224

Here is a review on the pipe https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=295639

Here is our new spark plug cover as well! A great way to add some shine under your hood. This product can be polished to a mirror like finish for no extra charge if desired!

Thank you for looking and for all the support given to PPI! -Wayne

I've seen this pipe in person and it is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. The expansion cone is totally unique as far as I know. It should have less pressure drop than most other pipes on the market.

pretty nice, can i make a suggestion about the LICP .... the brace that people have started to add might be a good thing for you guys to include. Definitely helps with blowing that thing off..... otherwise, great products as always

I don't plan to add a bracket to the lower i/c pipe right now. Our bead roller puts a very high quality bead on the pipe and we haven't seen any of these blow off yet at high boost even.

Pm'd you pricing!

That's weird. The email I got about a reply to this thread said "25 PSI approved so far" -- did you decide to crank it up even more??
