Thats awesome, please let me know ASAP if they're able to be made. Even though I'm not local to you, I would be willing to test-fit a set.

Just wanted to review this product. Speed Element shipping was quick though not sent via FedEx as posted, but rather was sent USPS (probably because I live in Cali).

Onto the product. Installation was a bit challenging because my front tray has some stripped plastic screws (if you have ever taken off the front tray you know what I am talking about) and the blox didn't line up quite right so I had to take the blox off and shift it slightly forward when bolting it down again. 1/4 of an inch off means you get to do it again. After installing the blox and taking it for the first spin I noticed the "slight" vibration in the cabin. Well maybe I am sensitive, but there is nothing "slight" about it. If you had rattles before, you will certainly hear them all the time now. The engine definitely sounds different under load. Not better or worse, just different. The clutch engagement is slightly improved, but imho, not worth the time and effort. This product is definitely coming off my car.

I think you are sensitive, cause if you drive your car hard and/or take it to the track, it helps alot, especially at higher rpm's when shifting. This is one of the best mods for the $$$ I did to my car.

Hello,

Sorry if you are not happy wit this product. However, the symptoms of this product you mentioned were all mentioned by the other users in this thread. (both installation and cabin vibration). But the trade off is to eliminate the notchy shifting experience or grinding 2nd gear in all EVO VIII and IX.

And lastly, after-market engine mount is suppose to stiffen up the chassis, so the vibration is a given. You have to expect this to happen.

But anyway, since you are not happy with this product, you can take it off and send it back to us. I will gladly refund you the $ (minus the postage of course).

Thank you

Calvin

You start selling Blox made rear mounts and I'll be your first customer.

Try turning the mount around. I did that and it lined up better and didn't vibrate as much.

No. Not in my directions anyway. I assumed it didn't matter. But when I was doing my clutch I decided to mesure it. The stock one is off center and this one is too just very little. Almost not noticeable. But it went in easier and vibrates a lot less.

Touche! Also to add to the comment made about it not fitting so well. Mine didnt line up perfect, but I figured it was just cause the tranny does move a little on that mount and since I had taken the cross beam out, thatI had to refenagle it to fit, so needless to say mine could be in the 'wrong way' idk either way it works really well and no complaints here. I have installed so many aftermarket parts, that I always expect to do some modifying if needed to make things work.
