yeah...it looks really nice and engineered very well..but it is not yet used by a lot of people (end users-non ams staff)..which to me matters alot and is considered a real life test for this engine...
regardless..props on the details perfection of this item..i am an engineer and i really do appreciate the thinking and engineering that went into this block.

^^soon.....
I really can't wait..the engine is on the crate here staring at me!

I'm just waiting on the body shop to finish up painting my car..then she'll go in..

most of the other mods are already here....so I'm hoping in a couple weeks everything will be in.

whats the stroke on the crank?? also whats the MAX RPM of the 2.3RR engine?? guys have pushed a 2.4 stroker (4G63 block with a 102mm crank) to over 9.5Krpm! could this engine strech to 10K?? if so it would be one mean motor and really scare the 2.0ltr guys!

Chris.

Way i see it is. Piston speed is the limiting factor with the 4g63 motors.

2.0L are revved to 11000. 85% of that is 9350.

I rev to 8800. I'm sure this 2.3RR is much safer to rev to 8800. But i'm just sayin thats what i do

I would probably get this thing and spin it to 9800.

There would be no reason to spin it to any speed higher than the optimum shift point. Even with a 42R, that probably wouldn't be higher than about 9000 rpm.
