We're excited to bring to market the Synapse Boost Connect line of boost/vacuum fittings. These fittings are push/quick connect fittings that are re-usable and cannot disconnect on accident. Our goal is to give the racing customer access to this technology at an affordable price. We also want to make sure that our customers have access to high-quality lines that are designed to survive our environment. Most users will utilize these fittings for boost/vacuum. But, remember that these units can also be used for other fluids in the system, such as coolant, methanol, alcohol, etc. Please match the materials specifications to your application.
There are two separate lines of fittings based on operating temperatures. At this time, we've standardized to 6 mm tubing and 1/8th NPT threaded fittings, in order eliminate confusion. This also means that you do not have to invest in many different sizes of hoses and fittings.
High temperature line of high-grade PTFE tubing and all metal fittings. High temp PTFE tubing only comes in 1 color, white. If it is any other color, it is a low-temperature grade.
Low-medium temperature (140f) line of high-grade Polyurethane tubing and plastic fittings. Tubing is available in 3 colors, and indicates a lower temperature rating.

I recommend taking a close look at the prices of these parts. Other companies sell these parts, but at nearly 3-4x the price of what we're making them available. And they usually only have one grade of tubing available, Polyethylene. Which is inferior to even our low-temp Polyurethane tubing at 3x the price.
Our goal is to make these great connectors affordable for everyone. These are one-handed disconnects that do not require any tools to connect hoses. And, they are a fraction of the cost of AN fittings.

We received some good feedback that it would be much easier on everyone if there were some starter "kits" available for the Boost Connect fittings. So we've put together some part numbers to make it easier on everyone.

PTFE: -292f to 500f @ 100 psi, withstands cryogenic to 700f+

The high temp lines cost considerably more than the low/medium temp connectors/lines, but you only need enough high temp to pass through high temp areas of the engine. You can immediately switch to low/med temp lines once you are in a lower temp area of the engine bay.
